A success receipt appears only after synchronous terminal completion. If settlement is still in progress, the form asks you to retry the same protected request.

Cannot access a signed-in session?

Email an account-deletion request

Identify the account using its email address or the safe support reference displayed in PaperRift. Do not send a password, recovery key, raw bearer token, full store receipt, or private story transcript.

What happens next

  1. We verify that the requester controls the account or guest recovery identity.
  2. We fence new Living activity and delete or de-identify associated profile, playthrough, preference, and Living data.
  3. We confirm completion or explain any narrowly retained record required for purchase disputes, fraud prevention, tax, security, or law.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in the applicable store’s subscription settings. Store transaction and entitlement records may be retained or pseudonymized when required to reconcile refunds, chargebacks, fraud, tax, or legal claims.
